Surehome is the answer to our shared concerns. We all keep our independence and areas of influence and we get paid a fair fee on time, based on a scale of charges, geared to the property value, which is equal for everyone. Work will be allocated on a geographical basis but with the opportunity for the client or estate agent to specify a particular inspector. It therefore leaves you free to make your own arrangements - Surehome will not interfere.
